On February 7, 2023, The University of Nairobi (UoN) hosted the opening ceremony of 7th Global Research Network – Belt and Roads Initiative (BRI) hybrid Conference 2023, at the UoN Towers Main Campus. The launch of the resilience and adaptation mainstreaming program (RAMP) was held at The University of Nairobi Taifa Hall on Wednesday 8th February 2023. The Vice Chancellor Prof. Stephen Kiama will host Prof. Kirk Schulz, the 11th president of Washington State University and his delegation between Thursday, February 3rd to 8th 2023. The Vice Chancellor, Prof. Stephen Kiama received the Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights Policy, Mental health Policy and the reviewed HIV draft policies on Monday, January 30, 2023 from the O3 plus Committee. The Draft policies are to be taken to the University Executive Board (UEB) and then subjected to stakeholder Engagement before being published and officially adopted by the Institution.
