This was revealed when the Vice Chancellor of the University of Nairobi Prof. Stephen Kiama Gitahi paid a courtesy call to the CEO of NMG - Mr. Stephen Gatagama and apprised him on the ongoing initiative of raising seed capital for the University of Nairobi Foundation.
The University of Nairobi was ranked top in the Country after it scored excellent in its core mandate of teaching and learning among other State Corporations in Kenya.
This was announced through a report by the Public Service Performance Management Unit (PPMU) for the Financial Year 2020/2021.
Among the first 10 corporations in the Country, the University led with a score of 0.8 while the National Irrigation Authority came 2nd with an aggregate of 0.84.
