Microbiology laboratory in our Department undertook an assessment of AMR surveillance in Animal Health alongside other Regional and Central Veterinary diagnostic laboratories in the country. The assessment was conducted by representatives from Fleming Fund, International livestock research institute (ILRI), and Directorate of Veterinary Services DVS) on 26th /7/2022.

7 UoN and 2 Mount Kenya University students are set to hike Mt. Kenya on 14-17 July 2022 to raise awareness of the #O3plus project.
