DEPT. STAFF TRAINED ON "MALDI-TOF" TECHNOLOGY FOR MICROBIAL IDENTIFICATION AND ANTIMICROBIAL SUSCEPTIBILITY TESTING

Ms. Ann Munene, Microbiology Laboratory head in the Dept. of Vet. Pathology has trained on

advanced technology, “Matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization Time-Of-Flight” (MALDI-TOF) for

both Microbial identification and antimicrobial susceptibility testing (AST) through Fleming fund

project in April 2021.
